Events

• If you are a member and you have a personal event for an already scheduled date and have not spoken with a member of our Catering Department, if you would like to inquire about a future booking, or if you just have questions, you can direct them towards lcccmail@lakecharlescountryclub.com.

• For members sponsoring an event for a non-member on an already scheduled future date, if a member of our team has not called to cancel it is because we will most likely still be able to accommodate your event regardless of current circumstances. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to call the main line or email the address listed above.

• For members who wish to inquire about hosting their own event which is NOT yet scheduled, we will only be accepting a few select new bookings for the remainder of the current year. Each inquiry will be taken into consideration separately. Any weddings or parties larger than 100 people must be booked for January 1st, 2021 or later.

• For members who wish to sponsor an event for a non-member that is NOT yet scheduled, we will not be taking any new non-member events until January 1st, 2022.
